To estimate the service cost quickly, please include the key parameters in your enquiry. Based on this, we will prepare a Papillon Printing House quote valid for 7 business days. If you confirm the order later, the price may remain the same or be updated if raw material costs change.

Roll label quote — what should you send?

To prepare a quote, we need a short specification. Ideally, list it in bullet points:

A. Label parameters

• shape: round / rectangle / custom
• size: width and height in mm
• material: paper or selected film (e.g., glossy/matte PP, transparent), kraft, or other
• finishing: none / matte or gloss lamination

B. Roll parameters

• number of labels
• core diameter (e.g., 76 mm or other)
• application: manual / automatic / not important
• label position on the core — if important (it may affect the price)

C. Attachments and contact

• add your contact details and any “additional information” (e.g., label use, deadline, expectations)
• attach the artwork file: PDF/TIF

Lead time

We set the lead time during the quoting stage. It depends on current production load and the order volume. The agreed date is binding only if the order is placed immediately and the post-raster preview (imposition preview) is approved quickly. Delays in placing the order or approving the preview may shift the deadline, and the printing house is not responsible for such changes.
