{"id":1859,"date":"2020-06-15T22:17:19","date_gmt":"2020-06-15T20:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/etykietynarolce.eu\/?page_id=1859"},"modified":"2026-03-22T21:10:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-22T20:10:04","slug":"complaint","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/etykietynarolce.eu\/en\/cooperation-principles\/complaint\/","title":{"rendered":"Complaint"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Complaints and delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6d798f7ac5458f7610660f1f2596a5dc\" style=\"margin-bottom:33px\">A complaint can be accepted only if it is submitted in writing to: <strong>biuro@drukarniapapillon.pl<\/strong> or to the email address of the account manager handling the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom:33px\" class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8c0c2b01379eea202062b5ffb2b15b46\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To file a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Consumer_complaint\" title=\"complaint\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">complaint<\/mark><\/a>, the goods must be returned, and you must attach a detailed description of the non-conformity and information on the customer\u2019s expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The final deadline for submitting a complaint is the 7th business day from the moment the Customer receives the shipment or picks it up in person from the Printing House.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Papillon Printing House undertakes to review the complaint within 7 business days from the date it is submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Complaints are processed on business days until 4:00 p.m. Submissions received after this time are counted from the next business day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Color-related complaints will be considered only in relation to <a href=\"https:\/\/etykietynarolce.eu\/en\/knowledge-zone\/printing-dictionary\/\" title=\"color proofs delivered\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">color proofs delivered<\/mark><\/a> for production or ordered from the Printing House (so-called reference prints).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If the order does not include a proof, printing is carried out according to our knowledge, experience, and the standards adopted by the Printing House.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Customer acknowledges that it is sufficient to reject a color complaint if the Printing House demonstrates that printing was performed in accordance with the adopted standards referenced above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Printing House is not responsible for the quality of courier services. Courier-related complaints will be assessed based on a damage report prepared together with the courier upon receipt. Lack of such a report may be grounds for refusing the complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If Papillon Printing House is unable to correct or reprint the job in line with the approved artwork, we will refund the full gross amount of the order value.
