Orders – how to place an order
To keep your order smooth and as fast as possible, we encourage you to follow our order submission guidelines. This process can be completed in two variants.
Option 1: Order by email
Email subject: ORDER_print_product-name
- full job specification
- quantities
- net amounts
- attach the production file
- attach a sample, or request a certified proof
- job notes
- details for the proforma invoice
- first and last name of the ordering person
- any other notes and arrangements, e.g., in-person approval or the final pickup deadline
Each new customer receives a proforma invoice for payment. Moreover, if you have worked with our printing house before, however more than 2 months have passed since your last order, we automatically assign the status of a New Customer. Unfortunately, we grant deferred payment terms only to companies that order regularly—meaning, in practice, every month. In today’s uncertain conditions, stability and cash flow matter to us, therefore we follow these rules.
Option 2: Order Form
The second option is to receive an Order Form from a member of our team, with a full specification consistent with the information listed above. After you receive the document, we require a company stamp, a signature, and a scanned copy returned to Papillon Printing House. However, if this option also involves a New Customer, a 100% prepayment of the gross order value applies.
Important notice
Signing the Papillon Printing House Order Form means full and unconditional acceptance of the cooperation terms applicable at Papillon Printing House. Therefore, Papillon Printing House shall not be liable for any other obligations, regulations, rules, or provisions resulting from commercial agreements concluded by the Ordering Party with third parties.
For exceptionally large orders and in special cases, we may reduce the required prepayment to 50% of the gross order value.
We do not want to burden you with unnecessary paperwork, however we must have a binding document in order to proceed with the job.
